These Terms & Conditions are applied to all orders made on Lundahl Transformers website.

Value Added Tax

Prices on the Website include value added tax. No additional tax is applied within the EU.

Freight

We ship through FedEx. Freight cost is €20, including VAT, for all orders.

Delivery

All products in stock will be shipped from us within three factory days.

Payment

For orders made through the Website we only accept payment through PayPal.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at office@lundahl.se and we will help you resolve the problem.

Returning products (regretting your purchase)

Before returning a product please contact us at office@lundahl.se
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return period is 14 days from time of delivery.
When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. We will refund the value of the product.
The repayment will be made within 14 days from when we approve the repurchase through PayPal
