Over the past months, we at Lundahl Transformers have been working intensively on something a little different from our everyday production flow – our YouTube channel.
The idea is simple:
to step outside the factory walls and meet the people, companies, and environments where our transformers are actually used. From components to real-world applications!
The YouTube initiative is led and owned by Maria Berghäll, CMO at Lundahl Transformers. Maria is responsible for the project from concept and strategy to production, publishing, and partnerships.
During this journey, we have visited and documented:
- Distributors representing Lundahl Transformers in different markets
- Partners and collaborators working closely with our products
- Studios, audio engineers, and creators using our transformers in real signal chains
- Customer cases where Lundahl transformers are part of finished hi-fi and pro audio products
Rather than focusing on specifications alone, the goal is to capture context, craftsmanship, and real-world experience — how design choices are made and how components perform in practice.
One of them is for example Ortofon. We are so glad to have had the change to visit them on site in Denmark. Follow us to Ortofon here.
Why YouTube?
Audio is about more than numbers on a datasheet.
It’s about listening, trust, experience, and long-term thinking.
Video allows us to:
- Share knowledge in a more open and accessible way
- Show how Lundahl transformers are used in different end products
- Highlight the people and passion behind audio design
- Build a growing library of insights for engineers, designers, and enthusiasts
Each episode adds another perspective on how Lundahl transformers shape sound — from high-end hi-fi to professional studio environments.
